A superb reference of open position chords for electric guitar. Using a capo placed on the guitar neck, you can learn the chord patterns and then play the same in alternative root note positions transposing the key of a song. Many song writers use a capo to experiment with the different sonic textures that a capo can provide.

The fret finger positions are indicated on each string along with a marker for muted strings. Other strings are played open. Listen to how the chord sounds by swiping across the guitar strings or play arpeggios by tapping the strings to hear individual notes.

Each string has been individually sampled so that you hear a true representation of the tone and intonation produced by a clean sounding electric guitar.

The capo can be swiped down to the open position or all the way up to the ninth fret. Chords can easily be changed on the guitar by scrolling through the chord library and tapping on a name to select a different chord.

The library includes all the open position chords you are ever likely to need. They are arranged by chord voicing so that you can quickly identify and compare similar chord variations. In addition, for your convenience the first section contains a mix of the most popular major and minor chords.

Chords voicing includes major, minor, dominant, suspended plus their extended variants such as sixth, seventh, ninth, eleventh and thirteenth chords.

If you prefer acoustic guitar then Capo Acoustic S is also available which contains the same comprehensive chord library but with acoustic guitar graphics and sounds.
